About our services
- It is highly recommended to place your orders at least 1 month before the requested date to allow sufficient time for production.
- For large-volume orders, we advise placing orders even earlier as higher volume requires longer lead time.
- For orders placed less than 1 month before the requested date, a rushed fee may apply.
- No hidden charges. Our prices are all-inclusive of everything; management fee, logistics, tax (if applicable) and delivery.
- For customised products, please provide your design file (PDF, EPS, AI, etc). If you do not have a design, we can design the mock-up for you (separate charges apply).
- We work closely with manufacturers, and as part of assurance to clients, we conduct due diligence to verify the manufacturer's existence, capabilities, reputation, and validity of third-party certifications.
